EMAIL PREFERENCES & UNSUBSCRIBE POLICY

Effective Date: August 9, 2026

CloudADD Private Limited ("CloudADD", "we", "our", or "us") respects your choices regarding email communications.

This Email Preferences & Unsubscribe Policy explains how CloudADD manages marketing and other business-related email communications, how you can manage your communication preferences, and how you can unsubscribe from marketing communications.

This Policy should be read together with CloudADD's Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Terms & Conditions.

1. PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY

CloudADD may communicate with individuals and organizations by email as part of its business activities.

Email communications may include responses to enquiries, product information, service communications, educational content, newsletters, technology insights, product announcements, event information, business-development communications, and other communications relating to CloudADD's products and services.

This Policy is intended to provide a clear and accessible way for individuals to understand their email choices and, where applicable, withdraw consent or opt out of marketing communications.

CloudADD seeks to comply with applicable email-marketing, privacy, electronic-communications, and anti-spam requirements in the jurisdictions in which its communications are subject to law.

2. TYPES OF EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

CloudADD may generally send two broad categories of email communications:

A. Marketing and promotional communications

These may include:

- product announcements;

- information about CloudADD applications and services;

- newsletters;

- educational or technology content;

- industry insights;

- events and webinars;

- offers or promotional information;

- information about new features or solutions; and

- other communications intended to promote or develop interest in CloudADD's products or services.

B. Transactional, operational, or necessary business communications

These may include:

- responses to enquiries;

- responses to support requests;

- information relating to a requested demonstration;

- communications concerning an existing business relationship;

- account or service notifications;

- security-related communications;

- legal or compliance notices;

- contractual communications;

- communications necessary to provide a requested service; and

- other communications that CloudADD is permitted or required to send under applicable law.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not necessarily prevent CloudADD from sending necessary transactional, operational, security, legal, or service-related communications.

3. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

CloudADD may send marketing communications where permitted by applicable law.

Depending on the jurisdiction and circumstances, CloudADD may rely on:

- the individual's consent;

- an existing business relationship;

- a legitimate interest or other lawful basis where legally permitted;

- an applicable soft-opt-in or similar exception;

- another lawful basis recognized by applicable law; or

- another legally permitted form of authorization.

The applicable legal basis may differ depending on the individual's location, relationship with CloudADD, the nature of the communication, and the law governing the communication.

Where applicable law requires prior consent, CloudADD will seek the required consent before sending the relevant marketing communications.

4. SUBMITTING A CONTACT FORM

Submitting information through the CloudADD Contact Us form does not automatically mean that you have subscribed to CloudADD's marketing mailing list.

When you submit an enquiry, CloudADD may use the information you provide to respond to your request and communicate with you regarding that enquiry.

If CloudADD intends to send marketing communications requiring consent, CloudADD will provide an appropriate mechanism for providing that consent where required by applicable law.

5. MANAGING YOUR EMAIL PREFERENCES

Where a preference-management system is available, you may be able to manage the types of marketing communications you receive.

Depending on the available functionality, you may be able to:

- subscribe to selected communication categories;

- unsubscribe from particular categories;

- unsubscribe from general marketing communications; or

- update your communication preferences.

The exact options available may depend on the email system, communication category, applicable law, and technical functionality available to CloudADD.

6. UNSUBSCRIBING FROM MARKETING EMAILS

You may unsubscribe from CloudADD marketing communications at any time.

Where a marketing email contains an "Unsubscribe", "Manage Preferences", or similar link, you may use that link to manage your preferences or stop receiving applicable marketing communications.

You may also contact CloudADD at:

info@cloudadd.io

and request that your marketing communications be stopped.

CloudADD will process valid unsubscribe requests within the period required by applicable law and, where technically possible, will process the request without unnecessary delay.

7. UNSUBSCRIBE MECHANISM IN MARKETING EMAILS

CloudADD intends to include a clear and accessible unsubscribe or preference-management mechanism in applicable marketing emails.

The unsubscribe mechanism should not require unnecessary steps or information beyond what is reasonably necessary to process the request.

Where applicable law requires an unsubscribe mechanism to be free of charge, CloudADD will provide the applicable mechanism without charging the recipient.

8. EFFECT OF UNSUBSCRIBING

When you unsubscribe from marketing communications, CloudADD will take reasonable steps to stop sending the applicable marketing communications.

An unsubscribe request may apply to a particular category of marketing communications or to broader marketing communications depending on the option selected.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not necessarily:

- delete your personal information;

- terminate an existing business relationship;

- cancel a service;

- remove you from records that CloudADD is legally required to maintain; or

- prevent CloudADD from sending communications that are necessary, transactional, operational, security-related, legal, or otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.

9. TRANSACTIONAL AND NECESSARY COMMUNICATIONS

Marketing unsubscribe preferences generally do not prevent CloudADD from sending communications that are necessary to provide a service, respond to a request, maintain an existing business relationship, protect security, comply with legal obligations, or perform another necessary business function.

For example, if you request a product demonstration, CloudADD may still need to communicate with you regarding the requested demonstration even if you have unsubscribed from general marketing communications.

Similarly, CloudADD may send security, legal, account, contractual, or service-related communications where permitted or required by applicable law.

10. EMAIL ADDRESS AND UNSUBSCRIBE RECORDS

CloudADD may retain limited information necessary to maintain an unsubscribe or suppression record.

For example, CloudADD may retain an email address or another identifier in a suppression list so that the individual is not unintentionally added back to a marketing mailing list.

Maintaining such a record does not mean that CloudADD intends to continue sending marketing communications to that individual.

Suppression information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respect the individual's unsubscribe request, comply with applicable law, demonstrate compliance, prevent repeated unwanted communications, or protect CloudADD's legitimate business interests.

11. AUTOMATED EMAIL SYSTEMS AND INTEGRATIONS

CloudADD may use email platforms, CRM systems, workflow automation platforms, and other technology services to manage business communications.

For example, CloudADD may use automated workflows in which information moves between authorized systems such as:

Business Email → Automation Platform → CRM → Internal Notification

CloudADD may use providers such as email services, Make, Salesforce, communication platforms, and other authorized technology providers to support business operations.

Automated processing may be used to organize enquiries, update CRM records, route communications, generate internal notifications, manage communication preferences, or support other legitimate business activities.

CloudADD seeks to configure automated workflows so that unsubscribe and communication-preference information is respected across relevant systems.

However, because CloudADD's systems may involve multiple technology providers and automated processes, a short technical delay may occasionally occur before a preference change is reflected across every system.

12. AI-ASSISTED EMAIL PROCESSING

CloudADD may use artificial intelligence or machine-learning services as part of authorized business workflows.

AI-assisted processing may include functions such as:

- summarizing business emails;

- classifying enquiries;

- extracting business information;

- identifying the nature of an enquiry;

- assisting with CRM updates; or

- supporting internal workflow activities.

AI processing does not by itself constitute authorization to send marketing communications.

CloudADD will continue to apply applicable communication preferences and unsubscribe requirements when determining whether marketing communications may be sent.

Where AI or automated systems process information contained in business communications, such processing is governed by CloudADD's Privacy Policy.

13. DATA PROTECTION AND EMAIL PREFERENCES

Information associated with email preferences and unsubscribe requests may constitute personal information or personal data under applicable privacy laws.

CloudADD may process such information for purposes including:

- managing communication preferences;

- respecting unsubscribe requests;

- preventing unwanted marketing communications;

- maintaining suppression records;

- demonstrating compliance;

- managing business relationships;

- maintaining security; and

- complying with applicable legal obligations.

Further information concerning CloudADD's collection, use, storage, sharing, retention, security, and international processing of personal information is provided in our Privacy Policy.

14. INDIA

For individuals in India, CloudADD will apply applicable requirements concerning commercial communications, consent, privacy, data protection, and electronic communications.

Where applicable law requires consent before sending particular marketing or commercial communications, CloudADD will seek the required consent.

CloudADD will provide an appropriate mechanism for withdrawing consent or opting out of applicable marketing communications where required.

Unsubscribe or preference requests will be respected in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

15. EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA AND UNITED KINGDOM

For individuals in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, CloudADD will comply with applicable privacy and electronic-marketing requirements.

Where prior consent is required for direct marketing communications, CloudADD will seek the required consent before sending such communications.

Individuals may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.

Where CloudADD relies on a lawful basis other than consent where legally permitted, individuals may have applicable rights to object to direct marketing.

CloudADD will respect applicable objections and unsubscribe requests.

Direct marketing communications will include an appropriate mechanism for opting out where required by applicable law.

16. UNITED STATES

For individuals in the United States, CloudADD will comply with applicable federal and state requirements governing commercial email and electronic communications.

Where applicable law requires a clear and functional opt-out mechanism, CloudADD will provide the applicable mechanism.

CloudADD will process valid opt-out requests in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

State privacy laws may also provide additional rights concerning personal information and marketing activities.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit rights provided by applicable U.S. federal or state law.

17. CANADA

For individuals in Canada, CloudADD will comply with applicable requirements governing commercial electronic messages, privacy, consent, and unsubscribe mechanisms.

Where Canada's anti-spam requirements or other applicable laws require prior consent, CloudADD will seek the required consent before sending applicable commercial electronic messages unless a lawful exception applies.

Applicable commercial electronic messages will include an appropriate unsubscribe mechanism.

CloudADD will process unsubscribe requests in accordance with applicable Canadian requirements.

18. AUSTRALIA

For individuals in Australia, CloudADD will comply with applicable privacy and electronic-marketing requirements, including applicable requirements concerning commercial electronic messages.

Where consent is required, CloudADD will obtain the appropriate consent before sending applicable marketing or commercial communications unless a lawful exception applies.

Applicable marketing communications will provide an appropriate unsubscribe mechanism where required.

CloudADD will process unsubscribe requests in accordance with applicable Australian requirements.

19. OTHER JURISDICTIONS

CloudADD may communicate with individuals located in jurisdictions other than those specifically identified in this Policy.

Where applicable local law imposes additional requirements concerning consent, direct marketing, commercial electronic communications, unsubscribe mechanisms, communication preferences, or related processing, CloudADD will comply with those requirements to the extent they apply.

Where a mandatory local law provides stronger rights or protections than those described in this Policy, the applicable local law will prevail to the extent required.

20. DO-NOT-CONTACT AND SUPPRESSION LISTS

CloudADD may maintain internal suppression or do-not-contact records to ensure that individuals who have opted out of marketing communications are not unintentionally contacted for the same marketing purposes.

Such records may contain limited information necessary to identify the relevant email address or contact and respect the individual's communication preference.

Suppression records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to:

- honor unsubscribe requests;

- prevent accidental re-subscription;

- demonstrate compliance;

- maintain appropriate business records; or

- comply with applicable legal requirements.

21. DATA RETENTION

CloudADD does not retain email preference information indefinitely.

Marketing subscription information may be retained while an individual remains subscribed or while it is reasonably necessary for the relevant business purpose.

Unsubscribe and suppression information may need to be retained for a longer period so that CloudADD can continue to respect the individual's request and demonstrate compliance.

When information is no longer reasonably required and no legal or legitimate reason requires continued retention, CloudADD will take appropriate steps to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.

22. SECURITY

CloudADD takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect email addresses, communication preferences, unsubscribe records, and related information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, loss, or destruction.

Access to communication-management systems should be restricted to authorized persons and systems with a legitimate business need.

CloudADD may use authentication, authorization, access controls, secure configurations, monitoring, and other appropriate security measures depending on the systems involved.

No Internet-based system or electronic communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

23. CHANGES TO EMAIL PREFERENCES POLICY

CloudADD may update this Email Preferences & Unsubscribe Policy from time to time.

Changes may be necessary when:

- CloudADD introduces new communication channels;

- email systems or automation platforms change;

- new marketing technologies are introduced;

- communication-preference functionality changes;

- applicable laws change; or

- CloudADD's business processes develop.

When this Policy is updated, CloudADD will publish the revised version on the Website and update the Effective Date.
