Our story & how CloudADD started
CloudADD started with a simple idea — to take the Salesforce experience we had built over the years and use it to create something of our own. While working with Salesforce ecosystem, we saw firsthand how it can bring business data, processes and day-to-day work together in one place. We wanted to take what we had learned beyond our individual roles and use it to build practical solutions for real business needs. That is how CloudADD came to life, bringing together our Salesforce knowledge, business understanding and hands-on experience to build applications and solutions that add real value.
CloudADD is about adding value through the Salesforce ecosystem. We build Salesforce-powered applications and digital solutions to address industry-specific business needs. Our work covers Salesforce implementation, CRM solutions, customisation, business automation, reports and dashboards, and data management. We focus on understanding how a business works and then using Salesforce to build practical solutions that make processes easier, information more visible, and day-to-day work more connected.

Sahil is the Founder and CEO at CloudADD, specializing in Salesforce ecosystem solutions and cloud based enterprise architecture. With strong expertise in Salesforce practices, automation and system design, he focuses on building scalable digital platforms that solve real world industry challenges. At CloudADD, Sahil leads the vision of developing innovative cloud applications (Salesforce) for the Industry-specific ecosystem and other industries, bridging technology with traditional operations to create data driven and efficient business solutions.
Meet Rajvi - Co Founder & Solution Architect
With over 7 years of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem, she brings strong expertise in IT service management, solution development (ServiceNow solutions) and client engagement. As Co-Founder and solution consultant at CloudADD, she plays a key role in delivering technology driven solutions, managing client relationships and ensuing successful implementation of digital platforms. Her contribution of technical knowledge and strategic leadership helps drive CloudADD’s mission to build innovative cloud based solutions for modern enterprises.
